Bhuwan K.C.

He has completed his (B.A) Bachelor in Arts in Development Studies from National College, Baluwatar. He has been working as an intern at South Asia center for Policy Studies, Baluwatar.His aim is to be an expert on the field of community development and be an environmentalist. His Hobby includes playing football, cricket, table tennis, watch true-life movies and travelling.Being a student of Development Studies, he is interested to observe different dynamics of society and see ways to contribute to the society.

Bhuwan has been involved in Rotaract Club of Kathmandu Metro since 2004 and also was board member of Development Studies Society for year 2005/2006.Through these two organizations, he has been able to foster his skills through involvement in various programs and projects which have been able to aid community. Development Studies Society was able to setup a library and community learning center at Chattre Deurali VDC, Dhading under my leadership which he thinks is his greatest achievement till today. His field of interest is guiding youth especially school level students towards right path and Rotaract is helping him through different projects.

Bishal Bhardwaj

Bishal is born in Panchakanya VDC of Ilam and considers himself a Social Worker. He did his Bachelor Degree in Environmental Science from Trichandra Campus Ghantaghar, Kathmandu.He is working for Batabaran Chetansil Samaj in Illam as secretary for more than three years. He is now involved in the "Naya Nepal Ko Lagi Bastavik Yuwa Sabhagita ko Sunischitata: Hamro Abhiyan" as a coordinator which is running in nearly all VDC of Illam in various ways.

The unbalanced living standard of Nepalese in various sector of Nepal has inspired him to work for rural development and society. He wants the people of Nepal living in various conditions in different part be assured for basic need and equal opportunity. For this Bishal has team up with his friends and has been working in rural area of Illam. In his initiatives he is conducting various programs like discussion, interaction and workshops in 6 VDC of Illam.

Edina kayastha

Edina is 24 years and has completed Bachelor in Architecture from IOE, Pulchowk Campus. Currently she is a student of Masters in Public Administration at Public Administration Campus, Jamal. She is working as an architect at Technical Interface, Chaksibari, Kathmandu.She is involved in building design and construction. She was a Social Entrepreneur trainee in ECCA and Ktm 2020 Jwagal, Lalitpur and has participated in Ashoka Forum for Young Social Entrepreneur (AFYSE2006) organized by Ashoka Foundation for her project titled "River and Open Spaces".

Being an Architect she wants to see a well planned, managed and well designed Kathmandu with all basic urban facilities and services. Rapid urbanization of Kathmandu has resulted in haphazard urban growth with subsequent concentration of population and their socio-economic activities within their urban area. So she wishes to use the existing open spaces by the local community for various purposes from various aspects to make Kathmandu a better place to live.

Ganesh Khaniya

23 years old Ganesh is from Pokhara.He considers himself a social worker and is a founding President of Youth for Humanity,Nepal.He is also a student of Bachelor in Arts with major subject sociology/anthropology and population studies.Apart from social work, he teaches in EX-Army Public School in Pokhara.

From early schooling days, he used to get engaged in various organizations as a general member and volunteer in various programs. Some of the organizations that he got involved were Community support groups, Youth for change, Helaro Pratisthan and Pro public. Then about two years back he initiated Youth for Humanity, Nepal and got registered in District Administrative Office, Kaski and Social Welfare Committee.


Manish Bhattarai

Manish is an IT professional working in World Link Technologies Pvt. Ltd. He is also a student of MBS (Maters in Business Studies) with a major of Management Information System (MIS).His area of expertise is related to the Information System Consultancy and Project Management. He has been working in the different government reformation projects for Government of Nepal and Government of India.
He considers himself an energetic and responsible youth of Nepal who have a strong desire to do something for the society and country. He complains people are not taking initiative to utilize their knowledge, skills and experience for the betterment of the society. His ambition is to become a perfect knowledge worker and produce a knowledge workforce in the country who will be able to be a part of Nepal's transformation process at the same time contributing towards global economy.
